Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because every item in our store is custom-made to order, please allow 1–6 business days for production and quality inspection before your item is packaged and handed over to the carrier. 

2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping times begin *after* the production phase is complete. 

Shipping times vary by destination. Standard delivery typically takes 10–25 business days after production. Please note that transit times are estimates and do not include production time.

Please note that delivery estimates are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or local public holidays. Unforeseen carrier delays or customs processing times may occasionally affect delivery speeds.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/mix of the items in your cart. 

4. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order has already entered production or been shipped, we cannot change the address, and any reshipment costs due to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence (if damaged) so we can arrange a replacement.
